    • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Sunday, excluding holidays) after receiving full payment.
    • You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order has been successfully placed.

  2. Shipping Rates:

    • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination address.
    • We offer standard shipping through USPS, UPS, and FEDEX, and you can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
    • Purchases over $75 are eligible to receive free standard shipping EXCEPT for purchases exceeding over 22 lbs in weight.

  3. Shipping Destinations:

    • We currently ship within USA. If your country is not listed, we offer international shipping through our Etsy store.

  4. Delivery Times:

    • Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and order selected during checkout.
    • Delivery for standard shipping usually takes 2-7 business days after shipment.

  5. Tracking Information:

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.

    • While we strive to deliver your order on time, please note that external factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier issues may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

    • For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

    • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided, Mindful Cements is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

    • We partner with reputable carriers to ensure reliable and secure delivery. However, we cannot be held responsible for the actions of these third-party carriers.

  10. Returns Due to Non-Delivery:

    • If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address or failure to claim the package), the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
    • Due to the nature of all our items being handmade and fragile, we do not accept returns or refunds unless item(s) arrive broken or damaged upon delivery. Please reach to us contact@mindfulcements.com on the day of the delivery with supporting images and order number if you have any issues. We will do our best to accommodate you.
